Farmer Justice Microgrant

The Farmer Justice Microgrant is a low-stress application providing funding relief for up to $10,000 for BIPOC farmers, farmworkers, and producers in the state of California. Our goal in providing this financial opportunity is to provide support for vulnerable producers to overcome the challenges posed by climate change so they can continue to provide essential local food production services for their communities. The funds are eligible to be used for general operating funds and/or immediate relief from emergency climate disasters.

Since 2023, we have distributed over $100k directly to BIPOC-owned agriculture businesses. Help us provide more funding that directly supports these producers. Donate today!

Rural Justice Summit

The Rural Justice Summit is a community event that will uplift current issues facing historically underserved communities that steward the land in California, and bring together local leaders innovating solutions to those challenges. In 2025 we convened land ecosystem tenders in both rural and urban areas of California to facilitate the sharing of diverse stories, struggles and resources. We invited herbalists, cooks, aggregators, distributors, specialty crop cultivators, youth, artists, activists, disabled/differently-abled land tenders, artists, accomplices and more to attend the summit.
